Sweet Savannah

A few years ago we drove to Clearwater Beach.  The 17 hour drive landed us in Atlanta at 1:00 am. We were exhausted and cranky. So when we hit traffic, Hubby and I lost our minds. Our language was vile and I'm surprised we are still married😃.

It's taken 8 years for me to climb in a car for a long ride. And, I flew to Florida, so I only had to endure the return trip.

We have learned from the past.  We broke up our return trip with a lovely day & evening in Savannah.

This is a beautiful city, filled with a blend of trendy and historic sites.

I want to live here!

All 4 of our phones were dying, so our pictures are limited.
I wasted my battery life on the exquisite chandis, moldings and other architectural details.

We loved our trolley tour, the haunted adventures, the history, a wonderful dinner on the river and our quaint hotel.

I will be back, maybe not to reside but a longer visit is calling my name.

The 11 hours home were torturous but I was still pleasant from my Savannah stay.

Back to work...reality today. I'm done sharing my adventures. On to painting & restyling the shoppe!
