Restyled Vanity

This has been a long week!  I believe the recovery time from the Barn Sale has been extended.
I must be getting old!

We are slowly taking inventory of the barn and filling the holes in the shoppe and restyling custom work.  I believe things are almost normal.
Just in time for the weekend and 5 soccer games!  I am looking forward to the craziness that my girls create.  Then I know we are back to normal.

I finished up and delivered a vanity for a sweet gal who just moved into her new home.  When I bought the vanity I planned on keeping her either for myself or my youngest.
But, like usual, plans change.
I am glad she is in a happy home.

This was how she arrived in my workshop.
Beautiful and well cared for.
Just dark and a bit dated.

Rachael wasn't sold when she saw her, so I painted her Franciscan Gray, so she would work for me

Finished in the workshop and picked up from there, those are the best pictures I could snap.
Even with Hubby holding the mirror in place!

Rachael saw it painted and loved it.  Ah, the power of paint!

Paint: Maison Blanche Franciscan Gray
Wax: Maison Blanche Antique Furniture Wax in Clear
Distressed in detailed areas.
Original Hardware

We are open today & tomorrow 10:00-3:00.

Fall candles are in stock, restyled furniture has arrived and lots of handmade and found goodies are in the shoppe.

Have a great weekend!
