Paint Area

Hello All!

There has been no slow down since we did the show on Sunday!  We have restyled the shoppe, brought in lots of new-to-you items and fun finds.

One major change is our paint area. We moved all of our paint and products to the front room.
Our classes have grown, our Pinterest Parties have been very well attended, so we are dedicating space for that too.

Here's a look at our Maison Blanche Paint & Product Display.

We have a lot of products and paint colors for you to play with!

In the month of July we will be offering free demo's with purchase.  Get all the instruction needed to complete your project!

OPEN today 12:00-6:00.
And the Farmer's Market kicks off tonight!

Please note, we will be closed next week for a much needed vacation.  Please grab your goodies by Saturday.

It's A Wrap

Hello There!

We are recovering from the show we did Sunday.  The Columbus Arts & Vintage Marketplace opened its doors for a one-day event at Aladdin Shrine (Easton).  This show takes place in other cities, but it was the first in our city.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from our shoppe, we gladly participated.  There were 50+ other vintage loving, eclectic creating vendors set up in this inside, fully air conditioned venue.

As you can see, we took a sampling of the shoppe. Showcased the Maison Blanche Paint line, gathered farm fresh goodies and freshly painted items.  We shared our Pinterest Parties, paint classes and our love for vintage,  with shoppe friends and new friends.

Both Melody and I are in recovery mode.  It was a long day (set up-show-tear down).

We will be restocking the shoppe, bringing in new treasures and rearranging for your shopping experience on Wednesday.

Until then, have a great week!

It's Show Time

Happy Friday!
We have an exciting weekend ahead.

Saturday, I am in the shoppe 10:00 - 3:00.  When we close, I will pull some smalls, paint and waxes, and a few treasures.  We will load the truck and be ready for Sunday morning!

Sunday, June 22 we will participate in the first - Columbus Arts & Vintage Marketplace.  It will be filled with 50+ vintage loving vendors.  It's a one day show and runs 10-5 at Aladdin Shrine at Easton.

In preparation, I taped off our booth space in the garage.  It's 10x10, which is super small when laying it out, but seems big, when I need to fill it.  I started to lay it out, and build "walls".  So, the photos I share are not staged or in good light.  But, I wanted to give you a look at some of our goodies.

Our theme is "Rural Chic".

This primitive table was restyled with an enamel top.  Perfect for the kitchen or as a desk.

We will have a sampling of our Maison Blanche Paint line and will have all the waxes available for sale.  Since we are not bringing everything, please email us and we will bring paint/wax just for you.

We are excited to be a part of this inaugural event & hope you'll join us!

Time Suck

I wish I was ready to share some photos of all the goodies that I have been hoarding, painting and creating for this Sunday's show.

At the end of each day, I am wiped and crawl in bed with my laptop.  I start to load photos, but I somehow end up on Netflix and escaping with:

After I finished House of Cards, I thought I would start doing laundry, cooking and perhaps even cleaning again.

But, again I have been sucked in.

It's my latest escape.

Tomorrow I will share all the goodies that will be heading to the show!

Pinterest Party 6:00-8:00

All 40 colors of Maison Blanche Paint are in stock.  All waxes and finishing products too!

A Wedding

Hello Friends,

Last Friday a beautiful couple wed.  They chose to have photos taken in and around our barns.   I had to share these gorgeous photos!

I met Kaity several years ago when I was set up at Heritage Square.  We have stayed in contact and I was thrilled when she asked to use our property.

They were so happy and beautiful.

We wish them a lifetime of bliss.

PS: We do not host weddings at our place.  This was asked a few times.

Show Week

Hi Friends,
I've been reaching out to you all via posts but apparently the emails are
not arriving as they have in the past.
I'm a computer dummy, so I have tweaked a few things and am now crossing my fingers.
I hope someone is reading along!

This will be another busy week.  Why?

We will be set up this Sunday, June 22, 10:00 - 5:00 at Aladdin Shrine Temple for:

We are pretty excited to be a part of this inaugural event!  It's conveniently located 10 minutes from the shoppe and since it's held on a Sunday, it works perfectly with our hours.

We are actively painting, sorting, gathering and prepping.

Hope you'll join us!

More New Goodies

There is even more in the shoppe, than I shared yesterday!
So much vintage goodness and lots of restyled furnishings.

I scored a few chicken feeders while pickin' this weekend.  Perfect for the numerous scrabble tiles!
Great magazine table.  Top is finished in Franciscan Gray and the rest is dry brushed for a fun finish.
Lots of jewelry is in the shoppe.
This serene area is centered around the two nesting tables.  Finished in Maison Blanche Sugar Cane.  Great lines and perfect height.

This ladder was painted in the newest Maison Blanche paint - NAVY.
Lots of new stationary.  These packs make the perfect gift.

Lake goodies are restocked in the cutest, vintage cubbard.
Oh, the map - love it!

Today 12:00 - 6:00
Friday 11:00 - 3:00*
Saturday 10:00 - 3:00

We spent yesterday bringing in lots of new goodies and so many fun vintage finds.

Before the photo overload reveal, just a quick update:

On to the Restyled Shoppe...

One of my obsessions is vintage maps.  I scored a few more and am parting with THE USA pull-down map with vellum overlay.  It is in mint condition and would make a great statement!

This vintage wood box/trunk is the perfect size for a coffee table.

I found this old cubbard and just love the shelves, the door and the cute little lock.

Great accent chair in black with trendy fabric.
We found awesome old screens and repurposed them with chicken wire.
Perfect for a memo board or jewelry holder.
Using Maison Blanche Paint & Wax, I restyled tons of tables and furniture this week.
This darling table is done in Franciscan Gray, clear and Light Brown Wax and distressed on the edges.  Just darling and so unique.
Maison White and dark stained top complete this dresser.

Every child needs a wooden growth chart.  They grow so fast!

The wooden bench is new to the shop and perfect for a mud room, as a side table - great size.
Did I mention the map?

There is so much more!  Pop in today
11:00 - 4:00.
