Another Painted Room

Hi Friends!

We had such a great weekend at the shoppe, that we had to restyle yesterday.  As everyone knows, some things find a new home, you move a few items and then it's major chaos.
Needless to say, I have a lot of work to do today!

But the good news is, we will have a shoppe filled with new treasures, gifts, jewelry and more.  I hope I get to take photos today and share tomorrow.  I hope!

In the meantime, I am still in lake mode.  We have recovered from our major painting project last weekend and I must share another goody we accomplished.

Our cottage was added on to numerous times by different people.  One addition was the "porch".  We used this porch as our master bedroom.  It was the only room we did nothing to.  No paint, nada.
Since the paint was open, we decided to attack it.

The problem was the country boarder placed right in the middle of the wall.  We could not get it off and we had no tools or time to deal with removing it.

Hubby to the rescue with his brilliant idea.

Paint it!

And now:

Please ignore the boat lift in the middle of the lawn.

Since this room is larger than the girls, we switched them up and gave them some extra space.

Two sets of bunk beds are now on the "porch".
And we are loving our new room as well.

Next time we head up to the cottage, we will have nothing to do but relax!
We all know that's not true, but, nothing major!

Since I am dreaming of the lake, many lake inspired vignettes will be in the shoppe!

Have a great day!

XO-
