Left for Dead

Everyone in blogland has been posting their top projects of 2013.
I'm a bit behind, but I wanted to share a very popular post and project that I shared in late April.  The piece has sold, but it is a project that I loved and am proud to share again!

Please note: Shoppe is open Wednesday-Friday 11:00-4:00.

I am thrilled to share a before and after project today!  I am even more excited to check it off my list!

It's been slim pickin's out there, so I purchased a beat up, old, left for dead waterfall hutch.  You must grab what you can!

This baby was beat to hell.  It's missing the back, the door/glass and lots of the veneer is peeling back.

Without any fan fare, here she is in all her glory!

She is so pretty in a light blue and pale grey.  I replaced the back and dressed her up for the show!  She will be making her debut at The Rural Society Show on May 3 & 4.

Updates continue on FB, would love for you to follow along here!

Have a great day!

Pretty! Just think, someone bought that piece of furniture brand new and it was neglected over time. You made it new again!~Hug,Patti

Oh you did a beautiful job on her ( she was a male - but has transformed into a beautiful swan - a transvestite perhaps lol ? )
LOVE that you painted the interior a different color!

LOVE this upstyle! Love it! It's like the Princess moment in a Disney movie. Truly a great makeover, now I want a beat up hutch to redo for my kitchen. Time to hit the yard sales and used furniture stores. Thanks for the inspiration!
