New Display

When my first shipment of Maison Blanche Furniture Paint arrived ahead of schedule, I made a make-shift display.

I overloaded this great old school mailbox that was in my garage.  I had planned to paint it, but needed it ASAP, so it went in as is.

Our shoppe was built in 1903, so nothing is level.  Combine the overload of heavy paint and the uneven floors and we were just waiting for it to cave and paint to go everywhere.

Rather than wait for that to occur, I scoured my fave haunts and found this ugly duckling.

With a little love and MB Creme De Menthe paint and clear wax, she is now presentable in the shoppe.
Loaded and sturdy!
She has an accomplice next to her holding lots of finishing products - LeDirt, Organza, Glacage, LeCraque, Glazes and lots of wax.

The middle room is slowly coming together.  I will paint in this space once the holiday season is over.

Speaking of paint - by request we have added a new Intro Workshop on
Saturday, December 14 3-6.
This workshop teaches how to use the no-prep Maison Blanche Antique Furniture Paint.  We provide everything, you just come in comfy clothing & ready to paint.  Cost is $65.  Email to reserve your spot: vintagerestyled@gmail.com.

Have a great Tuesday!
XO-
