I am excited to share a before and after! It felt great to transform something that isn’t a part of my house for a change! Although I must say, this might just stay in my house!
I love how I scored this beauty…Cathy, a follower and shopper of Vintage Restyled, and I met about a year ago. I could tell she had great vision and style.
Cathy was ridding her home of a few items and shot me an email to see if I wanted anything.
I jumped when I saw this beauty.
It was in pretty good shape. Loved the lines, the curves and the keyholes.
However, I would be out of business if I didn’t restyle it!
I am tempted to keep this baby. She is masculine but pretty. Perfect for our master bedroom.
Before I sign off, let’s look once more:
Details:
- We secured the veneer with wood glue and clamps
- Annie Sloan Old White
- Clear Wax
- New Glass Knobs
- Cleaned and coated the top – leaving lots of character
Thanks for checking out my project!

I LOVE it! I am in the market for dressers, I wish I was closer, I would snag this beauty! If you could ever let go of it!
I LOVE it, Shannon! Those knobs are perfection--a match made in heaven! You rock :)
looks great!
Those knobs are just fantastic! You can tell it's a solid, well-made piece of furniture. I would have a hard time parting with that, too!
What a great dresser and I love those knobs!
