It seems that I have gotten away from using black paint. I don’t miss it since I have been lightening my colors for spring. Lots of gray, white and blue.
Every once in a while a piece demands to be painted black. The other colors may work, but there is no substitute for black.
It was a bit tough to return to latex (vs. Annie Sloan Chalk Paint) but it was worth the extra effort.
I stripped, sanded and stained the top. It had different wood grains throughout and makes it pretty cool.
I like to use original hardware whenever I can. I sprayed these pulls with Oil Rubbed Bronze paint.
All 4 dovetailed drawers were washed inside with a blue paint.
Her size is perfect for any space. She will be arriving at Vintage Restyled shortly.
Priced to sell at only $135.
