Antique Hoosier Cabinet

I scored this amazing Hoosier Cabinet.  It is dated 1930 and that is all we can find for markings.

The response on FB when I posted this was awesome.  People recall their Grandma using a similar piece for cooking.

The original stenciling.

Original glass and hardware.

The top is in pristine condition.

It has the flour sifter and a potato drawer.  (We believe it was used for potatoes).

Look at the little half-moon shelves.

The few imperfections include the lower back panel is missing, the inside bottom has been recovered with wood and a side panel has been replaced on the lower unit.

We have searched for details on this piece.  We cannot find an exact company or description.  Therefore, we are struggling to arrive at a price.

We know the stenciling and the glass drive the price up, but we have seen $345-$1,500+ for Hoosier Cabinets.

If you can provide any information, we would be thrilled!

Until we make room in my spaces and gather more info, we have this gem in our garage.

It is for sale.  If you would like to see it in person email: vintagerestyled@gmail.com

Have a great weekend!

Oh I love it! I have been scouring Craigslist for an old pie safe for our kitchen. Nothing yet! That Hoosier cabinet is a great find!
