Decorating Cottage Style

Hi All,

I scored a few items from garage sales that I reworked for the cottage.  It’s kind of nice to keep some items for a change.

Here is a $3 coffee table.

Gray on top with antique white on the legs.  The top was lightly distressed and the legs were heavily distressed.

And a side shot.

The size of the table is perfect for our living area.

Next, I finished off a few side tables.

She was a bit rough, but chalk paint came to the rescue.

I mixed the Paris Grey with water to get a washed effect.

You can see the wood through the paint.  It looks very cottage-like.

Slowly, we are putting the pieces together up here.  I will share our lake living soon.

XO-

Shannon
